Dr. Dalia is an accomplished and well-recognized music education professor, graduating at the top of her class with Distinction, Honors from Music Education Faculty at the eminent Helwan University in Egypt, (the earliest established and leading Music School in the Middle East), in 1992. Since then, she commenced her music education career adding educational excellence to her academic achievement, teaching both graduate and undergraduate students at the Music Performance Department.
In parallel, Dr. Dalia obtained her Masters’ Degree followed by PhD in Music Education in 2004, Distinction, with Honors. Her Thesis for Masters’ and PhD degrees are recognized by the university as pioneer and outstanding academic literature recommended for future students, exploring areas in music analysis and education never explored before. In 2005, Dr. Dalia moved to Qatar and has been teaching the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) curriculum at all levels. She is currently the piano, theory and music appreciation teacher with Qatar Music Academy’s Arab Department
